  1. Wow what a joke -the prices are ridiculous and the tv/music service is not worth the 32.95 I will be paying. I only have it for my children. You all have a lot to improve and I do mean a lot. The only good thing Apple has is the phone. The rest is horrible and totally worthless for the price we pay

  2. Doesn’t work on the newest Apple 128GB Ethernet

    1. Hi
The newest Apple TV 4K with 128GB storage and an Ethernet port has been experiencing some connectivity issues, particularly with the Ethernet connection. Users have reported problems such as the device not recognizing the Ethernet connection, switching unexpectedly between Ethernet and Wi-Fi, and even causing network disruptions when connected via Ethernet.
Some potential reasons for these issues include:
Hardware Defects: There might be a defect in the Ethernet port or the device itself, as some users have experienced similar problems even after troubleshooting extensively.
Network Configuration: Issues with the modem or router settings could also affect the Ethernet connection. Restarting these devices and ensuring they are configured correctly can sometimes resolve connectivity problems.
Software Updates: Ensuring the Apple TV is running the latest software version is crucial, as updates can fix known bugs and improve connectivity.
Overheating: Overheating issues have been reported, which can affect the device’s performance and connectivity.
If you are experiencing these issues, you might try the following troubleshooting steps:
Restart Devices: Restart your Apple TV, modem, and router to refresh connections.
Check Cables: Ensure the Ethernet cable is functioning properly by testing it with another device.
Software Update: Check for and install any available software updates on your Apple TV.
Switch to Wi-Fi: If Ethernet issues persist, consider using Wi-Fi as an alternative connection method.
Contact Support: If the problem continues, consider reaching out to Apple Support for further assistance or to explore replacement options if the device is under warranty.
These steps may help mitigate the connectivity issues with the Apple TV 4K (3rd Gen) Ethernet model.

    What does “Limited Free” mean?

    1. “Limited Free” typically refers to content or offers that are available for free but with certain restrictions or conditions. Here’s what it generally means:
Promotional Offers: Apple often provides limited-time offers where users can access Apple TV+ for free for a certain period, such as three months, when purchasing a new Apple device. These offers are available for a limited time and usually require activation within a specific timeframe.
Free Content Access: Occasionally, Apple TV+ may offer specific episodes or content for free to all users, even those without a subscription. This is often done as a promotional effort to attract new subscribers by giving them a taste of the available content.
Trial Periods: Apple TV+ offers a seven-day free trial for new subscribers, allowing them to explore the service before committing to a paid subscription.
The term “Limited Free” indicates that while some content or access is available without charge, it is not comprehensive and may require a subscription or purchase to access the full range of content or to continue access after the promotional period ends.

F1 is missing from both channels and apps lists.

Britbox has an app as well as the channel.

I am confused as to which to use when there are two options, channel or app, and why?
